LOL.

Disassembles nicely in IDA 5.2 using m32rx and then selecting 32176.

From the maps, the code that calls them can be inspected. From the Evo 7-9 this was a good way of finding the interesting bits of code.

it can read and reflash

That looks more like a VID block, right? a couple of VINs, software version, etc.
