Launch control available for all 16bit ecus

For anyone interested i can add launch control capability to any 16bit Subaru ECU

Hv tested on my EDM MY05 WRX, the LC seem to be working. Now is to see the new coding will hv any side effect on normal driving & track run.
will keep u all update once I hv more drive on the car.

That's probably unnecessary. Just download the ROM at
http://forums.openecu.org/download.php?id=411 and then download and apply the patch from

Ok, I followed the directions, and loaded it up, but I doesn't work. I set the speed MPH to 5, and the delta to 1700. The speed KPH is at 0. Am I missing something here? It's for the USDM 02 WRX.

so does the launch control work on the 02 wrx's? i have a friend who's car were working on and trying to tune. this will be a great addtion.

ok well i noticed that ecuflash says it's a 16bit base so i'm guessing i dont have to convert anything. so just download from the site and install?
