would this have any affect for obd2 emissions testings. im tryin to enable my mirage 99(evo 4 swapped & ecu) to use obd2 diagnostic to test emission. went to the emissions test. the man tried connecting to the obd2 but it didnt log. the real question is i know it wont pass emissions but it doesnt even log to test. just keeps running like its trying to connect. now should i try the 1 to 4 connection to see if itll log to test emissions?

my mirage obd2 connections are:

1- light green
4- ground
5- ground
7- orange
9- light blue
12-yellow
16- red w/ black stripe

does pins 9,12 apply to the obd2 testing? how do i change the braud rate to read, test for emissions? this is not for tuning purposes only to test my obd2 for emissions.

If you also swapped the EVO4 ECU, you're hosed, because I don't think it's OBD-II compliant, which is required in the US for all ECUs 1996 and newer.

evoscan is a logging diagnostic tool ,if you fit a 7 ecu you can use ecuflash to map it ,,only requires a few ecu pin changes use 90550001ra rom and make a few changes in ecu periphery .
