Need help finding out what year this JDM ECU is

I have a JDM EJ20 engine. I'm trying to determine what year the ECU is. Can anyone decode this part number?

22611 AC700 / A18-000 D21 / 5927

Any help would be great!

AC700 sounds pretty old to me. Is it Denso, or JECS?
