1. It might help others to do a compare
2. Identify a better method or exisitng tool
for doing the same
3. Identify a capability gap in the various free ECU tools distributed here in the hope that someone might be interested in writing or extending an existing tool to do so
4. Promote requirements discussion to achieve (3) above.
