Prodrive-GEMS Implant

Hi to everybody!
New member here and want post a Question:
Got present from my friend from UK. It’s a GEMS Implant for 01-02 WRX
Its main part of "Prodrive Power Pack" made for MY01-02 WRX UK.
I'm from NY, so there any differences between UK ECM and US ECM??
The ROH 97 Gas has same parameters as US 93
Is there any possibility that GEMS Implant going to work??
