Anybody else have problems ordering from Tactrix?

I placed an order early this morning for a one of their cables and going into the last step of the process and error message occurred.

I attempted to make contact with sales via email to verify the order with no reults.

Does anybody have any ideas?

When I ordered mine the site worked fine. I don't imagine Colby will not respond to your email as soon as he gets it, so I wouldn't worry.

Worked great for me also a couple of weeks ago. My cable was posted the same day and arrived 3 days later at my door in the UK. I'm sure your email will be answered once it's been read.

I sent you a couple of emails around 1pm PST that your order was shipped, along with a tracking number. Did you not get those?

I'm having some timout issues communicating with my CC transaction processor that are causing the message you received occasionally. The orders are still getting through though.
